The goal of this guideline is to provide the basis for making laws for regulating the quality of the agricultural products that are in the Strategy for Agriculture and rural development in the period 2007-2013. With these laws, the region of quality of the agricultural products should be fully edited, as all the markets of the same products, with which their provisions have to be based on the similar or/and sam laws brought to Europe and the world.

The Guideline is composed of the following chapters:

• Definition of terms;
• Politics and arrangements for financial support of the quality of the agricultural products and processing of STO and EU;
• EU regulations and quality of agricultural products and their processing;
• Legislative of EU for state aid and products qualified for state aid;
• Laws and a type of state aid for the quality of agricultural products and their processing in the Republic of Macedonia.
